CUSTOMER SATISFACTION (STANDARD RETURN POLICY)

Order cancellation
Purchaser may cancel any order arising out of this Agreement in whole or in part, without liability if,

(i) Products have not been shipped as of date of receipt of notice of cancellation, except for orders of custom-ordered Equipment (a Customer may not cancel these orders without Supplier’s approval).

(ii) Product deliveries are not made at the time and in the quantities specified;

(iii) Products infringe or are alleged to infringe any patent, trademark, copyright or trade secret right or

(iv) Products fail to comply with any applicable law or regulation. To cancel, Purchaser shall give notice within 24 hours of purchase date to the Vendor in writing to support@letsgosouq.com, and to the extent specified therein, Vendor shall immediately terminate deliveries under the order.

PROMOTIONAL, DEALS, SALE, DISCOUNT AND SELLING WITH SUPER LOW-PRICE PRODUCTS STANDARD RETURN POLICY

Return for replacement within: 3 working days, thereafter no refunds.
Restocking Fee: Yes

This is our Standard Return Policy for Promotional, Deals, Sale, Discount and Selling with Super Low Price Products. Items covered by this policy must be returned for replacement within 3 working days of the invoice date. Will be applied Restocking Fee from 15%.

No warranty of any kind would be available on any products that are provided as part of promotional deals, special offers, bundle offers, clearance stock, or noted as free or super low price.

MOBILE PHONES, SMART PHONES STANDARD RETURN POLICY FOR WARRANTIED MODELS ONLY

Return for replacement within: 7 working days (must be unopened, brand new condition)
